As a Buyer, what should you expect on Closing Day? You’re going to sign a bunch of documents for your lender & for the title company.

You’ll also need to bring your Photo ID & “Cash to Close” — we also recommend bringing your checkbook in case the numbers are off & you need to write a check for the difference.

Once you’ve signed, the seller has signed, and all money has been received & disbursed from the title company — Congrats 🎉— you own your new home!

We always advise our clients to sign early in the day so we can make sure everything gets completed prior to the end of the day & there are no delays in transfer of ownership.
