As a Buyer, what should you expect on Closing Day? You’re going to sign a bunch of documents for your lender & for the title company.
You’ll also need to bring your Photo ID & “Cash to Close” — we also recommend bringing your checkbook in case the numbers are off & you need to write a check for the difference.
Once you’ve signed, the seller has signed, and all money has been received & disbursed from the title company — Congrats 🎉— you own your new home!
We always advise our clients to sign early in the day so we can make sure everything gets completed prior to the end of the day & there are no delays in transfer of ownership.

Good afternoon and Happy Tuesday! The past 7 days in Houston… numbers held steady last week, but we’re expecting a slower week this week due to Thanksgiving.
Inventory, or available homes, is still sitting at 2.9 months, with about the same amount of homes on the market as last week.
If you want to buy or sell before the end of the year, now is the time!
🙏 A huge thank you to our clients & friends that came to St. Arnold & helped raise over $3,000 for the Houston Food Bank!
Always a good time hanging out, catching up, and giving back.
Good morning & Happy Tuesday! This week’s numbers are in and most categories held steady and are very similar to last week.
If you’re looking to move before the end of the year and you’re not preapproved & looking at homes, now is the time to make that happen!
