For this week’s #NeighborhoodSpotlight, join us as we meet with Albert Vasquez, owner and operator of Pan de Taco. Pan de Taco originally started as a pop up business that would partner with local bars and venues to get their food to the customers but due to the pandemic, they now have a residency in the Grand Prize Kitchen. They currently offer curbside food service.
What they really focus on at Pan de Taco is highlighting the flavors of each of their ingredients by keeping everything simple. They also want to make sure that the techniques behind the preparation of every ingredient honor the unique flavors of each item. Another thing that sets them apart is their fermented, hand-pressed corn tortillas that offer a flavor unlike any other.
