For this week’s #NeighborhoodSpotlight, join us as we meet with Elizabeth Hale, the owner of Plum Coffee. Plum Coffee Shop existed before as a small mom and pop shop and then in 2019, it came under the new ownership that it is currently under.

The idea behind Plum Coffee shop is that they are the outcome of a collaboration of world travels that come together to create an exciting experience for their customers. They offer good food, baked goods, great coffee, and a nice workspace for their customers. Their focus is to make sure that no matter what someone comes in for whether it be food, coffee, or just a place to work, they will find themselves at home.

They are a part of the Cypress community and they pride themselves in representing the deep roots of the many diverse cultures of Houston.
