For this week’s #NeighborhoodSpotlight, join us as we meet with Mark Pascual, the co-owner of Be More Pacific. He and his partner started working together back in 2011. They took on Filipino food because there weren’t any Filipino restaurants in Austin which is where Be More Pacific first originiated. They started as a food truck, then opened their first restaurant in 2017 in Austin, and the Houston location is new having only been open for about a year.
What sets Be More Pacific apart from other restaurants is the way that they focus on making elevated and authentic Filipino cuisine. They are currently operating with dine-in and carry out services.
