For this #FoodieFriday, join us as we visit Finca Tres Robles Urban Farm in the Second Ward / East End of Houston. Finca Tres Robles was founded by native Houstonians and brothers Mark, Tommy, and Daniel Garcia-Prats.

Over the past few years, their 1.25 acre vacant lot has been transformed into what it is today. They are the only privately operated farm inside the loop. Right now, they have about an acre in production, plus over fifty fruit trees, a greenhouse, composting system, farm stand, and community event space.
