Good afternoon and Happy Tuesday! The past 7 days in Houston… numbers held steady last week, but we’re expecting a slower week this week due to Thanksgiving.

Inventory, or available homes, is still sitting at 2.9 months, with about the same amount of homes on the market as last week.
